WE ARE HIRING!

Working hours are 8:30 to 5:30 pm daily, full-time only. This position is a weekend position with two days off during the week.

Come work with our client in their beautiful Coconut Grove marina office, located on the waterfront. Work ethic and being on time is critical for this role.  Due to insurance requirments, pre-employment drug testing and a background check are required. 

The Customer Service person is the ambassador of the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. This person is responsible for all administrative and customer service tasks, assisting boaters in addition to facilitating safe and efficient operations.

This person is the primary point of contact for all customer data with data entry documentation is entered in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with our Boat Cloud System, QuickBooks and all company processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a hospitality and customer facing position
• At least 2 years of clerical and data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in hospitality, such as a hotel or marina
• Some Spanish language skills
• QuickBooks experience
• General safety experience in industrial environments or similar
