Customer Service Manager Jobs in Rhode Island

A Customer Service Manager oversees the customer service team and all customer service activities, ensuring that the team provides the highest level of customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities include developing customer service policies, managing and hiring team members, handling complaints, and analyzing customer service data to improve business operations. They interact directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, or to provide assistance with products or services. Certifications in Customer Service Management, Leadership, or related fields are advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is often required.
