Customer Service Manager Jobs in Ontario

They interact directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, or to provide assistance with products or services. They are also responsible for providing training and development for their team, and often collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service objectives throughout the organization.

Important skills for a Customer Service Manager include excellent communication and leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, and strong knowledge of customer service software and databases. Certifications in Customer Service Management, Leadership, or related fields are advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is often required.
