Customer Service Representative Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman

As the primary point of contact for homeowners, this position is responsible for building customer relationships, scheduling appointments, coordinating service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our craftsmen.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests using company software
• Communicate effectively with customers, craftsmen, and management
• Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed projects
• Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and job information
• Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team success
