Customer Support Representative (Contract - Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Loves Park, IL

Start Date: June 15th (or sooner if possible)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (On-site, full time)

Hours: 40 hours/week base | Overtime up to 10 hours/week maximum

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Adecco is currently hiring 2 Customer Support Representatives on a contract basis, with the potential for temp-to-hire for the right candidates and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and customer portals following established procedures

Accurately document customer interactions and transactions

Provide product and service information based on current guidelines

Resolve basic customer issues using predefined solutions

Follow up on support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Perform data entry into forms, track orders, and provide timely customer service

Key Skills & Experience:

Strongmunication skills (verbal and written)

Active listening and customer-focused approach

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Time management and ability to handle multiple inquiries

Basicputer experience, including Microsoft Office

Experience with data entry, order tracking, or customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred

ERP/order entry experience in a manufacturing environment (SAP experience a plus)

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
