Job description:
High school diploma or college diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
01 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain (internships or co-op experience a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of logistics systems (TMS/WMS/ERP) is an asset.
