Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep I
Location: Logan Township, NJ
Pay Range:
Shift: Open availability for 8-hour shifts; Sunday will always be closed, but day off during the week could change if needed to support operations.
What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure excellent service delivery
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service
- Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What's Needed?
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
