Customer Care Specialist I (Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage order entry for customers (creation of orders)

• Handle complaints and claims

• Monitor customer credit notes

• Provide feedback on sales performance

• Help resolve disputes between Sales and Marketing and Customers

• Process returns of stock

• Issue invoices

• Maintain databases

• Produce reports as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required

• 2 years of customer service experience required

• 2 years of call center experience preferred

• Fluent English

• Excellent telephone manner

• Good PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Positive attitude

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

• Team player

• Self motivated
