Customer Service Representative

We are a bustling, full service, multi doctor, AAHA accredited, small animal veterinary clinic located in Magnolia, TX. We are seeking highly motivated, full time and part time customer service representatives who are capable of communicating in a professional manner with clientele in a vareity of formats. Our customer service representatives are utilized to the fullest, and our practice culture is like no other. Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Client and clinic communication.

• Telephone

• Admitting and discharging of clients and their patients.

• Creating and maintaining client and patient records.

• Cash handeling

• Scheduling management

• Managment of clinic computer programs, apps, and portals.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work with small animals under conditions with loud noises, strong odors, and highly emotional situations.

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, lift, carry & move up to 40 pounds
