Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Schedule: In-office Mon-Fri | 8:30am 5:00 pm ET
Status: Temp to Hire position
Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr.
A dynamic fast-growing consumer products company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and requests regarding products and services in the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This position supports customer service functions, manages orders processing, and collaborates with the internal sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer service calls and inquiries
Manage customer order process
Document/coordinate customer issues; provide resolution assistance
Offer updates to customers on additional products and services
Providing orders updates and support to internal sales team as requested
Make outgoing calls to customers regarding past due accounts
Create and maintain customer files; provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of customers orders.
Create/maintain the customer database, entering information into system.
Preparing invoices, shipping documents, letters, and correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1-2 years of prior customer service experience required.
Bilingual Spanish/English; read, write and speak both languages.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of customer service.
