- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Create, track, and manage customer service tickets
- Follow up on open orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries
- Process credit memos, returns, and order adjustments
- Provide product and order information to customers
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and accounting departments to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a distribution, manufacturing, supplier, wholesale, or similar environment preferred
- Strong data entry and order processing skills
- Experience handling high call volumes and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with credit memos, returns, and customer account support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
