Customer Service Representative

OUR ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our customers across Scandinavia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience from order placement to delivery.

You will play a key role in managing customer orders, resolving issues, and supporting our sales and supply chain teams. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and value collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This position is based in Oslo, Norway and reports to the Sales Operations Manager, Scandinavia. The role is full-time and follows a hybrid working model.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FISKARS

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the sales operations team, working closely with both internal stakeholders and customers to ensure efficient order management and excellent service delivery across the Scandinavian market.

  • Manage and process customer orders, including registration, follow-up, and updates.

  • Monitor product availability and support the order fulfillment process.

  • Handle customer inquiries, claims, and credit or debit notes.

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and issues.

  • Support invoicing, back-order tracking, and order data accuracy.

  • Maintain customer and product data, ensuring high-quality information in systems.

  • Coordinate logistics and track deliveries together with partners

  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:

You are a customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you are comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.

  • Understanding of order management and logistics processes.

  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Structured way of working with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian; additional Scandinavian language skills are a plus.
