Delaware North is hiring a full-time Social Media Customer Care Agent to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms and acting as a representative of the company.

What will you do?- Monitor social media channels and respond quickly and professionally to engagements on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide consistent service to guests
- Escalate guest dissatisfaction to the appropriate department
- Attend and actively participate in department meetings
- Follow social media protocol and adhere to guidelines
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
- Experience using various social media platforms
- Computer-literate with strong typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Positive attitude with proven ability to work well in teams
