Client Services Representative (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, reservations, and service coordination while delivering exceptional customer support throughout their experience. No previous travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with reservations, bookings, and service requests
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
Coordinate itinerary updates, confirmations, and client communications
Research options and solutions based on client needs
Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
Provide professional support before, during, and after service delivery
Ensure a positive and seamless client experience
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers, online systems, and communication tools
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative support, call centers, scheduling, or client relations is a plus but not required.
