Schedule:

Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5pm (Hybrid AFTER training)

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

– Assisting Customer Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations management, ensuring world-class customer service.

– Handling inbound calls, working with vendors to obtain information and documents, and performing data entry.

– Building valuable relationships with internal and external customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.
