Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow an assigned sales territory through customer engagement and sales follow-up activities
* Build strong customer relationships, with a focus on key accounts and new product promotion
* Prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate sample requests, and maintain customer activity records
* Expedite customer orders and provide technical and administrative support to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience:
* Associate's degree in Business or related field with emphasis in Marketing/Communications preferred equivalent experience considered
* 3-5 years of customer service, order entry, or inside sales support experience
* Strong PC skills and experience utilizing business systems/software applications
* Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 5-7 years of broad-based inside sales and marketing support experience in a manufacturing environment
Compensation & Benefits:
* Starting salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually
