Tax Collector office located in Irwin is looking for Call center reps. As a Call Center Representative for our Support & Service department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for taxpayers and businesses. You will manage inquiries regarding accounts, tax collections, and general compliance. Beyond inbound calls, you will support the team by responding to "Contact Us" digital inquiries, performing outbound follow-ups, and staying current through ongoing training.
Call Center exp STRONGLY PREFERRED.
MUST be ok with starting 6/29/26
Shift is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (30 min UNPAID lunch)
Pay rate $16-$18/hr BOE
