Customer Service Representative Days & Hours: Monday through Friday; 8a.m.-5p.m. (1 hour lunch) Hourly Pay Rate : $17/hr. Location: Murray, KY Job description for Customer Service Representative: In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails from dealers, assist with tire orders and product questions, process orders in our B2B system, and make outbound prospecting calls to help expand our customer network. Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative: Answer incoming calls and provide excellent support on tire orders, product details, and account questions Make outbound calls to prospective clients to build relationships and drive growth Enter, track, and manage orders accurately in our B2B platform Log all customer interactions in HubSpot for seamless follow-up Qualifications for Customer Service Representative: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to commute to our Murray, KY location (in-person role)
