The Customer Service Representive engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues reled to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

• High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
• Demonstred sales technique and product knowledge preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service oriention
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to effectively communice, both written and verbally
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Demonstre pience in all customer contact situions, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Must reside in the United Stes or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
