Account Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | $18+/hr DOE | Benefits Available

The Silva Way is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support customer accounts and production orders.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via phone and email
Answer order, artwork, and production questions
Process and review customer orders
Coordinate information between customers and production
Track order status and resolve issues
General office support as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience preferred
Apparel, printing, or promotional products experience is a plus, but not required

What We Offer:

Starting at $18/hr DOE
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Health benefits available after 90 days for employees working 32+ hours per week
