At Ferraro Foods, our Customer Service team does more than process orders.
They are the connection between our customers, sales teams, and operations, ensuring every order is accurate and every issue is resolved.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You ll Bring to the Table
Process a high volume of customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle inbound and transferred calls, addressing customer inquiries professionally
Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, delivery, and services
Support Sales Representatives and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Research and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies, order errors, and service concerns
Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, operations, and transportation teams
Maintain consistent communication with customers, including follow-up on open items
Assist with researching account discrepancies, including credits, returns, and pricing issues
Support coordination of deliveries, pickups, and routing-related inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account activity
Assist with processing credits, billing adjustments, and related documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service levels and resolve concerns
The Ingredients for Success
2+ years of customer service, data entry, or administrative experience
Experience handling high call volume and/or order entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

The Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Rotating Sundays | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
