Position Overview

Bath Planet of Southern Idaho is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for our Boise, ID market and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.

Youll play a key role in driving our business by contacting homeowners, setting qualified appointments, and providing excellent customer service-all while contributing to a growing, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

+ Contact homeowners to set up qualified appointments for free consultations

+ Deliver and adapt scripted pitches based on customer needs

+ Handle questions and overcome objections professionally

+ Collect and input accurate customer information into the system

+ Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives

+ Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to marketing efforts

+ Follow up with leads and maintain communication

+ Update reports and maintain accurate lead tracking

+ Perform quality control calls

Qualifications

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or marketing preferred

+ Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies

+ Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems

+ Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and stay motivated

+ Team player with strong organizational skills
