No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with reservations, bookings, and travel-related requests
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
Coordinate confirmations, itinerary updates, and service details
Research options and solutions based on client needs
Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative support, scheduling, client relations, or call center environments is beneficial but not required.
