One of our core brands is the highly respected 23Zero. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team.
This role serves as the primary point of contact with our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service, addressing product and technical inquiries, resolving customer issues, and processing sales orders. The ideal candidate is a professional, detail-oriented individual who is eager to help customers have the best possible experience with our brand.
Responsibilities- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries, ensuring complete resolutions.
- Process sales orders, payments, and assist with related transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Develop a strong knowledge of products to answer technical and application-based questions.
- Provide solutions to resolve customer issues in alignment with company guidelines.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Perform other customer support tasks as directed by management.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using computer systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payment processing, warehousing, or shipping a plus.
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; fluent in English.
- Interest in camping, outdoor recreation, or the Overlanding industry is a plus.
- Must be able to safely lift, move, carry, and organize boxes, products, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders, and working in warehouse, retail, and event environments.
- Must be willing and able to travel periodically throughout the year, including attending trade shows and industry events. Position may require occasional overnight travel, extended workdays, and weekend work during events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or additional training preferred.
- 13 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
