Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Were looking for a positive, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Farmers Insurance team.

In this role, you will assist customers over the phone, help maintain existing client relationships, and identify opportunities to build new relationships. You must be comfortable communicating with customers regularly and providing excellent service.

We offer a competitive base pay plus the opportunity to earn 50% commission, along with health insurance benefits.

No insurance experience is required we are willing to train the right person and help you obtain your insurance license if needed.

• Assist clients with policy questions and customer service needs
• Process policy changes and payments
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Help maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs
• Support the agency team with daily administrative tasks

• Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Insurance license required, but willing to train and help the right candidate get licensed
• No prior insurance experience required
• Basic computer skills require
