Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation : $20 per hour
Shift: Work Hours: 11:30am-8:00pm, after completing training from 8:00am-4:30pm

What’s a typical day as Bilingual Customer Service Advocate II? You’ll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, including non-routine situations requiring research and adaptation.
	 - Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
	 - Performing research and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries and process adjustments.
	 - Documenting inquiries and maintaining accurate records on complaints or customer comments.
	 - Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer problems, questions, and process improvements.
	 - Assisting with training new employees and cross-training coworkers as needed.

	 - Have previous experience in customer service or insurance claims (must-have).
