We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Colorado Springs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers by answering questions, processing orders, and providing excellent support over the phone and through email.

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional manner
- Process customer orders and update account information
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and order status
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with internal departments to support customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service while following company procedures and policies
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience working in an office environment is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
