We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Colorado Springs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers by answering questions, processing orders, and providing excellent support over the phone and through email.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Pay: $15.16/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Process customer orders and update account information
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and order status
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal departments to support customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service while following company procedures and policies
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience:
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Experience working in an office environment is a plus
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
