Position Summary

What Youll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for domestic customers and sales reps, handling a wide range of inquiries and service needs
- Process and track customer orders, demo/sample requests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Manage service requests and coordinate loaner equipment when needed
- Support returns for credit and assist with repair-related transactions
- Set up new customer accounts by researching and entering accurate data
- Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipping, GPOs, product details, and financing options
- Assist with insurance certificate requests and process inbound sales leads
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Train customers and sales reps on website navigation and provide product education, including cleaning and sterilization best practices
- Cross-reference competitive products to MicroAire solutions
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to resolve complex or challenging situations while exceeding customer expectations
