Customer Service Representative
Location:  Youngstown, Ohio (Onsite)
Type:  Temporary to Permanent | Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5pm
Pay:  $17.00/hour
Are you an experienced customer service professional with great communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting? Join our Wholesale team for a temporary, remote Customer Service Representative opportunity!
What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls and process customer orders
	 - Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to electrical/equipment support
	 - Document and track customer interactions
	 - Follow up regarding order status, shipping, and availability
	 - Maintain high service standards and strong communication skills (phone & email)
	
What you’ll need:
-  Good communication, basic phone skills, basic data entry, multitasking
	 - Friendly personality, Organized, able to deescalate a tense situation
	 - Must be able to handle the high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, email and text messages.
	 - High School or equivalent is preferred but not REQUIRED
	 -  Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
	 - Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
	 - Customer service orientation
	 - Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
	 - Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact
	 - Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
