Customer Service Representative

Location: Youngstown, Ohio (Onsite)

Type: Temporary to Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5pm

Pay: $17.00/hour

Are you an experienced customer service professional with great communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting? Join our Wholesale team for a temporary, remote Customer Service Representative opportunity!

What you'll do:

Answer incoming calls and process customer orders

Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to electrical/equipment support

Document and track customer interactions

Follow up regarding order status, shipping, and availability

Maintain high service standards and strong communication skills (phone & email)

What you'll need:

Good communication, basic phone skills, basic data entry, multitasking

Friendly personality, Organized, able to deescalate a tense situation

Must be able to handle the high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, email and text messages.

High School or equivalent is preferred but not REQUIRED

Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers

Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math

Customer service orientation

Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers

Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact

Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
