Customer Service Representative

Youre the person friends, family, coworkers, and customers naturally rely on because you stay calm, communicate well, and figure things out. You probably have experience juggling schedules, solving problems, helping customers, managing details, or keeping things moving when everyone else gets overwhelmed.

You may not have insurance experience yet and thats okay.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate product information and assistance
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Prospect and identify potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present and demonstrate our products/services
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
