We are looking to hire for our Creswell office. This is a split position, working part time in the office, and part time in shipping/receiving. We are looking for someone who is responsible, hard-working, reliable, trustworthy. Good writing, math, computer, & organizational skills are necessary. Duties will include answering phones, assisting customers with orders, and product support after purchase, filling and shipping out small parts orders, occasionally assisting walk-in customers, among other duties, as needed. Requirements: Good phone presence/customer service skills Familiar with Microsoft Office products Type min 30 wpm Ability to learn about our products to assist customers Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, more with assistance It's a plus if you: Are mechanically inclined Can drive a forklift Have experience with Adobe illustrator and related products This is a full-time on-site position; 40 hours per week 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (M-F) No weekends required.
