Client Support Specialist (Hybrid)

salary: $22.5 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for individual investors, answering inquiries regarding account management, investment products, and retirement services.
  
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complex client inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
  
  
• Educate clients on digital tools and self-service options to enhance their overall experience.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  
• Prior experience in customer service, financial services, retail services, or a relationship management role is highly valued.
  
  
• Communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
