Job Description
What we needWe're looking for a temporary Customer Service Coordinator for our electronic forms team, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm for around 12 months. This role focuses on an XML project and banking systems and forms, working collaboratively with a team and communicating with clients. This role is hybrid in our Rocky Hill office.What you'll do
Perform testing to ensure functionality for clientCommunicate with the client to keep them updated on project timelines and programming hours workedManage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests.Other projects and initiatives as agreed upon
What you'll bring
High school diploma; 1 year or more experience in the banking industry preferredAdaptable, collaborative work style with appreciation for a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working with clients and customersFamiliarity with banking systems, terminology and processes
Hired candidates will be 1099 employees. The hourly rate is $25-28/hour.
