La mission du groupe de Gestion du Commerce International (GT) du Service Client est dassurer que les requis relies aux differentes lois du commerce international sont rencontrees par les differents departements et sont integres ou automatises le plus possible dans leurs processus daffaires afin den assurer la robustesse et de prevenir les violations des lois. Ceci implique une comprehension de lorganisation Service Client en entier et des risques auxquels chaque departement fait face. Ceci implique aussi de creer, gerer et ameliorer les processus specifiques a GT servant a supporter lefficacite des transactions avec les clients, partenaires et fournisseurs de P&WC. Ces processus incluent lapplication proactive pour des permis et licences dimportation et dexportation, lidentification de strategies pour la retention des donnees, lidentification de la classification de produits et de donnees techniques, et etablir une strategie de formation pour tous les employes du Service Client. En joignant notre equipe GT dans lorganisation du Service Client, vous joindrez une equipe dynamique orientee projet, dediee a faire en sorte que P&WC ait un programme de GT de 1ere classe mondiale.
Il sagit dun poste ideal pour relier les competences legales et de gestion. Lequipe a laquelle vous vous joindrez a des profils diversifies (ingenierie, droit, communication, gestion, etc.) et est localisee dans plusieurs pays (surtout a Longueuil, mais aussi aux Etats-Unis, a Singapour, en Pologne, en Angleterre, au Bresil et en Inde).
Le poste est a temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles a Longueuil et seffectue exclusivement en presentiel.
A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
Diriger des projets de conformite en travaillant avec les differents membres de lequipe au Canada, aux Etats-Unis et a linternational.
Contribuer au developpement et a lamelioration continue des processus GT et du travail standard.
Coordonner limplementation dans lorganisation Service Client de nouveaux requis definis par RTX (Raytheon Technologies Corporation) et P&WC.
Former le personnel sur les requis GT et les changements de politique ou de reglementation.
Ameliorer les connaissances generales GT a travers differentes unites daffaire du Service Client.
Diriger strategiquement et fonctionner en tant que go to du commerce international pour differents departements du Service Client.
Sassurer de lenvoi de commodites dans differents systemes.
Participer aux investigations internes reliees aux violations de la loi ou de la politique GT et generer des actions correctives pertinentes et prevenants les erreurs et contribuer aux divulgations volontaires envoyees aux gouvernements americains, canadiens ou dautres pays.
Gerer le programme Focal GT Customer Service
Aider a elaborer des plans et des initiatives de formation en fonction des exigences de formation.
Collaborer avec le departement Legal et les autres departements GT de P&WC afin daligner, simplifier et generer des synergies a travers la compagnie.

The mission of the Customer Service Global Trade (GT) Group is to ensure the requirements related to international trade laws from different jurisdictions are met in the different departments of Customer Service and are embedded or automated as much as possible in the business processes to ensure mistake proof gates are in place and prevent any violations of the here mentioned laws. This entails an understanding of the Customer Service organization as a whole and of the risks that each department faces. This also entails creating, managing and improving GT-specific business processes to support the efficiency of P&WCs dealings with their customers, suppliers and partners. Such processes include getting proactively the required export and import licenses & permits, identifying record-retention strategies or assessing the classification of products or of technology and establishing a training strategy for all Customer Service employees.
By joining our GT team in the Customer Service organization, you will be joining a dynamic project oriented team dedicated to making P&WC best in class in GT. An ideal job position to leverage legal and business skills and interests in a fast pace and thriving customer focused environment. You will be joining a team of people with diverse backgrounds (engineering, communication, law, business, etc.) located worldwide (mainly Longueuil, but also in Singapore, Poland, USA, UK, Brazil and India).
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil , and performed exclusively on-site.
What your day will look like / Specific Responsibilities:
Lead compliance/business projects leveraging other Global Trade (GT) Professionals located throughout the Customer Service organization namely in Canada, U.S. and internationally.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of GT processes and standard work.
Coordinate the implementation of RTX (Raytheon Technologies Corporation) and P&WC GT requirements into Customer Service business processes.
Train Customer Service business personnel on GT requirements and policy/regulatory changes.
Reinforce GT general awareness throughout Customer Service business units.
Strategically lead and function as the "go-to" point of contact for GT across various Customer Service departments.
Ensure the smooth shipment of commodities through different DT systems.
Participate in internal investigations related to GT escapes/violations and seek meaningful corrective actions and mistake proof solutions as well as contribute to Voluntary Disclosures made to the U.S., Canadian or other foreign governments as applicable
Manage the GT Focal program.
Assist in developing training plans and initiatives based on the training requirements
Collaborate with the Legal department and other P&WC GT business specific teams to align, streamline and create synergies and cross-company efficiencies.
What do you need to be successful:
Bachelor degree with 3 to 5 years experience
Master degree with 2 to 4 years experience
