Job Overview:The Client Support Analyst serves as a critical post-deal liaison. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for brokers and sales representatives navigating post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios. Success in this role demands strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to SLA's.
The Client Support Analyst conducts complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. This position requires proactive engagement in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent communication with leadership on deliverables and status updates.
