Client Support Analyst Location: Irving, TX Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $23/hr (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role supports Operations by partnering with various parts of the firm to deliver financial counseling services to clients while maintaining essential risk management and controls. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. Facilitate trade execution and respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, portfolios, and records. De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers by offering patient assistance and support. Guide callers through troubleshooting steps, navigating systems, and using products or services. Collaborate with client services professionals and financial advisors to enhance the overall client experience. Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements. Coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business. Work across multiple systems and platforms to support daily operations. Interface with internal teams and businesses to resolve ongoing issues and address specific policy questions. Provide support on special projects as requested. Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues appropriately. Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Great active listening skills Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interest in client service Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion regarding highly confidential/sensitive information
