Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customers through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: 6465 National Drive, Livermore, CA
Pay Range: $22 - $23 per hour
What's the Job?
- Assist customers through the enrollment process from start to finish.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding account setup and service details.
- Review costs and service details with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Provide training to customers until they become active users of the service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
What's Needed?
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Ability to work effectively over the phone and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Good attendance and reliability are essential for this role.
