Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Process payments and orders accurately
• Assist with asset protection and claims processing
• Manage customer accounts and provide support as needed

Required Skills:

• One Call Resolution experience
• Call center experience
• Inbound service standards
• Service sales knowledge
• Customer service management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Payment processing experience
• First In, First Out (FIFO) knowledge
• Order entry proficiency
• Complaint resolution expertise
• Client services background

Technical Skills:

• Experience with order processing systems
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $48,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $72,000.00
• 401(k) benefits offered
