Adecco is hiring immediately for a remote Customer Service Representative position available in any U.S. state. If you meet the qualifications listed below, now!

Contract Type: Temp

Modality: Remote for any U.S. state

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST

Essential Duties:

Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, letters, and faxes.

Investigate routine account or distribution issues related to access and affordability programs.

Use internal systems and procedures to resolve problems.

Provide solutions, gather additional information, or route inquiries appropriately.

At a minimum, you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational qualifications may be accepted).

0-1 year of experience.

English fluency.

Basicputer skills.

Ability to work from home or in an office setting.
