We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service through order entry, troubleshooting, and clear, professional communicationwhether by phone, email, or in person. You will process and manage orders and sample requests with accuracy, ensure order details are correct, and work closely with manufacturing, shipping, vendors, sales staff, and customers to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate software systems with ease.
