• Worksite Location: Red Wing, MN
• Contract Period: 3 months
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What youll do as a Customer Experience Representative:

• Navigate and manage orders in EVA POS, including making adjustments and canceling order lines as needed
• Update and correct replenishment order quantities in the M3 Order Management System, including fixing incorrect quantities from the B2B tool
• Process adjustments for duplicate invoices and apply necessary order updates
• Create and manage cases in Salesforce, send email communications, and document all actions taken
• Send clear, professional communications via Outlook
• Maintain consistent availability during scheduled hours and adapt to evolving priorities and tasks

What youll bring to the Customer Experience Representative role:

• Experience working in the M3 Order Management System and the EVA Suite/EVA POS System
• Proficiency in Salesforce for case creation, communication, and documentation
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional emails
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing orders, invoices, and updates
• Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and processes
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent work hours
