About the Role:

As a Customer Service Associate at Eriez, you will play a pivotal role in processing customer orders and ensuring outstanding service while supporting our entire order administration process. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple tasks effectively while providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Administration -

Print orders and attachments from the Orange Room, review faxed orders and assign customer account numbers, as well as market codes to the orders; distribute as required.

Import orders from the Orange Room to E1 and process approximately 50 orders/per day on average.

Check confirming orders against order entries.

Review orders for completeness and make order changes in computer as required.

Cover all phones in the Order Department and at the switchboard (as needed).

Email drawings to customers and reps.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager - Order Administration.

Receptionist duties as needed-

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP software is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service-focused with problem-solving capabilities.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Experience in a customer service or administrative support role is advantageous.

Able to work without direct supervision.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00/hr. to $21.00/hr.
