Call Center Customer Experience Representative (In Person - Honolulu)

Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls. Provide clear, accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and performance expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (experience in retail, sales, or financial services is a plus). Previous call center experience is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems. Compensation $20/hour, paid weekly Schedule Training Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Call Center Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week Shifts: May vary depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.
