This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and account support while representing industry-leading wireless and internet services. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll assist customers with their accounts, provide personalized service recommendations, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention across the board. Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate: Support day-to-day customer account management, ensuring accurate service records Deliver clear, helpful product and plan information to customers Recommend wireless, internet, and home service solutions based on customer needs Handle service requests, upgrades, account changes, and general inquiries Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to leadership Assist with wireless sales goals by converting interactions into new or upgraded services Maintain organized records of customer activity, interactions, and account updates Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets This isn't your average customer support role.
