Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $40,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative supports our new construction division by creating repair orders, verifying material availability, and scheduling service appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate repair orders based on repair needs.
• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with repair or service requests.
• Check material availability and coordinate with internal teams to confirm readiness.
• Schedule repair and service appointments.
• Provide follow-up and status updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; flooring or home services experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
