Position Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our company by providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your main responsibility will be to handle their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. You will also work closely with our landscape maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and to our clients' satisfaction.

Pay : $30 - $33 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Managing incoming calls and emails from clients with a friendly and helpful attitude

Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records of client interactions

Collaborating with the landscape maintenance team to ensure all services are provided efficiently and to the clients' expectations

Providing information to clients about our services, pricing, and promotions

Resolving client complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department

Continuously updating and maintaining client database to ensure accurate contact information and service records

Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and reporting feedback to the management team

Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Proven customer service experience in a similar role

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional client appointments or events outside of regular office hours

Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and terminology is a plus
