Position Summary : Provides customer service by managing the order process from the point of entry through delivery. Maintains outstanding customer satisfaction for all assigned customers. Processes all sales orders for customers with accuracy and in a timely manner. Improves sales performance by handling order-related projects as well as by analyzing order trends, liaising between different departments and customers, and managing projects as assigned.

  • Receive & Process EDIs as well as Purchase Orders from assigned customers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Review Bills of Lading and Delivery Notes for invoicing
  • Process spot buys as required and verify pricing.
  • Provide Master Data updates to customer information, such as material numbers, shipping addresses or others.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Provide customers with the shipping information needed and clarify questions on orders when required.
  • Ensure high data quality in SAP by reviewing data and coordinating updates.
  • Analyze and monitor Coroplast's order situation as well as delivery status.
  • Coordinate if significant volume changes must be clarified with a customer.
  • Handle improvement projects related to the processing of orders and deliveries across various customers.
  • Participate in customer and internal meetings when the supply chain is affected and provide follow-up action items.
  • Closely cooperate with other departments and assist when clarifications of customers are required.
  • Develop & maintain customer relationships through clear and concise verbal and written communications.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings to facilitate a shared understanding of priorities and foster teamwork between the customer, Sales, Production, Quality and Logistics
  • Effectively work independently with the customer on quality and customer satisfaction issues by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding written and verbal communications
  • Manage independently customer fulfillment expectations against internal and customer timelines and make appropriate recommendations by clearly articulating our service abilities.
  • Communicate sales analysis to management and report trends and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

High school Diploma or G.E.D; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No supervisory responsibilities.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably Office 365. Experience with SAP R/3 a plus.
