We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting one of our top clients. This hybrid role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office days based on team meetings (advanced notice provided). If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and being part of a supportive and fun teamthis role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from Sales Representatives regarding electronic credit applications, pending case statuses, and product requests
Provide timely and accurate information, ensuring a positive customer experience
Document and follow up on open cases as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience
Financial experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy inmunication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellentmunication skills and a team-player mindset
Pay Details: $25.00 per day
Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay w applicable.
