Resolve Tech Solutions is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a W2 contract role supporting a utility industry client in Arkansas .
Location Preference: Must be local to Fort Smith, Little Rock, NW Arkansas, or Fayetteville.

Role Requirements:
Prior customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter capable of working in a structured remote environment
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not mandatory
Expectations:
Commitment to the full 6-week training (only 1 absence allowed)
Must be able to work M F between 7 AM and 7 PM (shifts allocated post training)
Minimum 3-month commitment required before full-time conversion consideration
